Dr. Randall Bowden Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship will be given to a graduate student pursuing a M.Ed. in Educational Administration or an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at Tarleton Sate University. The recipient must be a Texas resident and maintain a 3.75 or higher grade point average.
