Friends and Family of Dr. Randall Bowden

The Dr. Randall Bowden Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Dr. Randall Bowden, and is awarded to a graduate student pursuing a M.Ed. in Educational Administration or an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at Tarleton State University. This student must be a Texas resident and maintain a 3.75 or higher GPA.
