Otho & Ellen Phillips Scholarship

This scholarship will be given to full-time students majoring in a field of agriculture with preference given to students whose parents are non-college degree holders. Recipients must be a permanent U.S. citizens, demonstrate financial need, have a minimum overall GPA of 2.75 and have completed 30 semester hours at TSU. Recipients should be from Comanche, Brown & contiguous counties within the north-central part of Texas. Contiguous counties include: Erath, Bosque, Eastland, Hamilton, Mills, Coleman, San Saba, McCullouch, and Callahan Counties.
