John Franks Memorial Rodeo Scholarship

This scholarship will be given to a full-time student majoring in agriculture who is an active member of the Tarleton Rodeo Team. The recipient must be academically eligible to compete in NIRA Rodeos, have a 2.75 GPA and be a U.S. resident, U.S. Permanent resident, or eligible noncitizen.
