James H. & Betty Tally Scholarship

This scholarship will be given to a graduate of any public high school in Taylor County, Texas, who has demonstrated a need for financial assistance in order to be able to pursue his or her collegiate studies. The recipient must also be a full-time student, demonstrate a strong desire and commitment to pursue a college degree, have work experience and a record of active participation in extra-curricular activities, if physically able to do so.
