Will of Dick Smith
The Dick Smith Endowed Scholarship was established in the will of Dr. Dick Smith in 1973. This scholarship is awarded to Tarleton State University students majoring in arts & sciences related fields. Dr. Smith was a career government teacher and head of the Social Science Department at Tarleton.
