Tarleton State College Ex-Students Association

The Charles H. Hale Memorial Scholarship was established in 1969 by the Tarleton State College Ex-Students Association. It was established as a memorial to Dr. Hale, who was a faculty member at Tarleton State College. This scholarship is awarded to students majoring in education and seeking certification in secondary education.
