Mr. Curtis Meeks

The Curtis L. Meeks Upward Bound Scholarship was established in 1997 by Mr. Curtis Meeks (’36). The scholarship is to benefit undergraduate student scholars who are “Bridge Students” from the Tarleton State University Upward Bound Project.
