Larry Bicket

The Cindy Bicket Nursing Scholarship was established in February of 2019. This scholarship is awarded to a non-traditional nursing student who exhibits financial need. Larry Bicket created this scholarship fund as a way to honor Cindy, who was a
nontraditional nursing student at Tarleton State University. Upon graduation, she passed the state board examinations to become a registered nurse and then worked in the Tarleton Student Health Center for many years. This scholarship is to assist nontraditional students in reaching their goals of obtaining a nursing degree.
