Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Mr. Thomas A. Quarles

The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Agricultural Scholarship was established in 1991 by Mr. Thomas A. Quarles, Assistant General Manager of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. This scholarship was created in appreciation of Tarleton’s commitment and dedication to the development of agricultural education in the State.
