Friends of Dr. Arlie Brown

The friends of Dr. Arlie Brown, a Tarleton student, established the Arlie Brown Memorial Endowed Scholarship in 1989. Dr. Brown became a physician and hospital owner in Freer, Texas. This scholarship was established through the Tarleton State University Foundation, Inc. and is awarded to any senior of a Texas high school.
