Friends and Family of Brian Iley

The Brian K. Iley Endowed Memorial Scholarship was established in 2006 by the friends and family of Brian Iley. This scholarship serves as a memorial. Brian was a student of Nursing at Tarleton State University when he passed away in 2005. Brian was very involved with the Boy Scouts of America and earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 2002. The scholarship is awarded to a full-time student majoring in a medically related field. Preference is given to those nursing or pre-nursing students demonstrating leadership through school activities and community service. Preference is also given to those students who indicate they have achieved the Eagle Scout Award through the Boy Scouts of America or the Gold Award through the Girl Scouts of the USA.
