Family of Harold D. Nix

The Harold D. Nix Scholarship was established in 2004 by the family of Harold D. Nix. The scholarship is awarded to students seeking agricultural related degrees. Harold D. was a 1996 graduate of Tarleton. An Agricultural Services and Development major, he appreciated the importance of agriculture in maintaining a quality of life for everyone. His family believes that creating a scholarship fund to encourage the continued education of students in agricultural related fields would best honor his memory.
