Family of Dr. Eugene Jody Howell

The E.J. Howeel Scholarship was established in 1999 by the family of Dr. Eugene Jody Howell to honor his many years of service to Tarleton State University. Dr. Howell served as President of the University from 1945 to 1966. The scholarship is awarded to deserving students pursuing a degree from Tarleton State University.
