Dr. Vance Terrell

The Marguerite Landress Scholarship in Music was established in 1984 by Dr. Vance Terrell of Stephenville. The scholarship is in honor of Miss Marguerite Landress, who was a graduate of Tarleton State College in music. Miss Landress was fatally injured in an automobile accident in 1950. The award is given to a student majoring in music, studying piano on any level.
