Dr. Frank Terrell, M.D. and Mrs. Penny Elliott

The Vance Terrell, M.D. and Violet Terrell, R.N. Endowed Scholarship in Nursing was established by Dr. Frank Terrell, M.D. and Mrs. Penny Elliott. This scholarship serves as a tribute in memory of their mother and father. Recipients of this scholarship must be a student at Tarleton State University pursuing a degree in Nursing. Dr. Vance Terrell passed away in 1999. Violet passed away in 1986.
