Alumni, University Friends of Dr. McCoy and Physics Faculty

The Jimmy J. McCoy Physics Endowed Scholarship was created in honor of Dr. McCoy’s 50 year of service to Tarleton. This scholarship is awarded to a student majoring in any major offered by the College of Science and Technology. First preference will be given to students majoring in Physics, with second preference given to student majoring in any degree offered by the Department of Chemistry, Geosciences or Physics, or a closely related department should the department name change.
